IT FEELS GOOD TO BE FIT AND HEALTHY
Welcome to my blog. I was so tired all the time and so sick and tired of being sick and tired. On July 7th 2010 I took that first step and pressed play to one of the awesome workouts I now do on a daily basis. I work out at home on my own terms, I am accountable to myself but do have an awesome support group of others like me that keep me on track. I never thought that at age 52 I could ever be fit again but age is just a number. I am so excited and amazed at my own results and I love, love, love to share what I do with others. Turbo Fire HIIT 15 Drill 1
Turbo Fire HIIT 15 Drill 1. Doing my best with an injured shoulder on these drills. Not supposed to be swinging my right arm so don't tell my physical therapist. But I have been warned that I won't heal if I don't rest it. Sure do miss my "guns".
