IT FEELS GOOD TO BE FIT AND HEALTHY

Welcome to my blog. I was so tired all the time and so sick and tired of being sick and tired. On July 7th 2010 I took that first step and pressed play to one of the awesome workouts I now do on a daily basis. I work out at home on my own terms, I am accountable to myself but do have an awesome support group of others like me that keep me on track. I never thought that at age 52 I could ever be fit again but age is just a number. I am so excited and amazed at my own results and I love, love, love to share what I do with others. Comadre Maggie's bracelet

My Three Daughters





I have 3 beautiful daughters, all girls, sisters for life, they know that when all is said and done and all your friends are no where to be found they will always have eachother. I know about having sisters, I have FOUR of them and nomatter how old we get we still act alot like when we were growing up, some things never change but that's cool, I would not want it any other way.

My girls all got identical tatoos, the script means "three sisters". I should try to get my sisters to get matching tatoos together too....Yeah right!

My first Chain Maille Bracelets

Working Hard


I get so frazzled and stressed when I have a craft faire coming up. I am getting ready to show my jewerly this week and what always goes through my head is "do I have enough stuff" what do I need to make more of? Earrings? Bracelets? Oh and my new thing is stretchy rings with glass beads or pearls as the focal point. I came home from work early today to try and "work". It's so much work and I wish there were about 10 more of me to make all the other things I enjoy like crocheting blankets, scarves, baby blankets, pillows, flower arrangements and creating cool stuff with styrofoam, beads, straight pins, and sequences. Its hard and tedious work but I LOVE IT? Call me weird, I don't mind.
