IT FEELS GOOD TO BE FIT AND HEALTHY

Welcome to my blog. I was so tired all the time and so sick and tired of being sick and tired. On July 7th 2010 I took that first step and pressed play to one of the awesome workouts I now do on a daily basis. I work out at home on my own terms, I am accountable to myself but do have an awesome support group of others like me that keep me on track. I never thought that at age 52 I could ever be fit again but age is just a number. I am so excited and amazed at my own results and I love, love, love to share what I do with others. Loving Chain Mail

Woooooooo Saaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!

It has been craaaazzzzyyyyyy these past weeks. With being on stike mode at work and now in the
process of moving soon, life can be stressful. I have learned if I get out of my way things will work out but there is footwork, things just don't fall into your lap and sometimes those things are not what you want...at least for me.

I participated in a vendor faire for the PTSA of a high school this past weekend and it was sloooowwww. Very discouraging to all of us vendors that showed up but...I can't let that stop me from doing what I love, the next one will be better.
