IT FEELS GOOD TO BE FIT AND HEALTHY

Welcome to my blog. I was so tired all the time and so sick and tired of being sick and tired. On July 7th 2010 I took that first step and pressed play to one of the awesome workouts I now do on a daily basis. I work out at home on my own terms, I am accountable to myself but do have an awesome support group of others like me that keep me on track. I never thought that at age 52 I could ever be fit again but age is just a number. I am so excited and amazed at my own results and I love, love, love to share what I do with others. New Beachbody Challenge Starting February 6th, Reserve your spot now!



I had a blast getting my Beachbody Challenge groups started in January and everyone is kicking butt. Getting their sweat on, working on eating better, encouraging and supporting eachother. Total accountability baby!

These challenges are awesome. It's very simple! "FITTNESS + NUTRITION + SUPPORT = SUCCESS"! I want everyone to succeed. The great thing about this is it's FREE depending on if you already have a Beachbody Workout and Shakeology. And what is better than investing in your health and fitness?

These Beachbody workouts are done in your home on your schedule on your terms, you are accountable to yourself and the other people in your group. The great thing about these workouts is that they work, I am proof of that just ask me how many programs I've done (from beginning to end) and I am not done yet.

Too busy you say? How about 10 minutes a day? everyone has 10 minutes!! How about joining a small group of people doing 10 minute trainer with Tony Horton? Heck, you can do the workouts on your break or lunch break at work
