IT FEELS GOOD TO BE FIT AND HEALTHY

Welcome to my blog. I was so tired all the time and so sick and tired of being sick and tired. On July 7th 2010 I took that first step and pressed play to one of the awesome workouts I now do on a daily basis. I work out at home on my own terms, I am accountable to myself but do have an awesome support group of others like me that keep me on track. I never thought that at age 52 I could ever be fit again but age is just a number. I am so excited and amazed at my own results and I love, love, love to share what I do with others. P90X!!! BRING IT!



When I started this workout on July 7, 2010, I knew I was going to finish, even if it killed me, and believe me sometimes I wanted to die, especially in the first 2 weeks.

It didn't help that one of my good guy friends attempted this workout and maybe lasted a week or two. But I was determined. I am the kind of person that once I set my mind of something, I commit with a vengence. Don't tell me I can't do something because that just gives me more drive to do it.

This was a 90 day program. I'm not a very large person (5'1") and I weighed 124, and it was all FLAB, total yucky FLAB! As you can see my before (UGH) and after pics after 1 round of P90X and all I can say is BRING It!!! But wait I am far from finished..
