IT FEELS GOOD TO BE FIT AND HEALTHY

Welcome to my blog. I was so tired all the time and so sick and tired of being sick and tired. On July 7th 2010 I took that first step and pressed play to one of the awesome workouts I now do on a daily basis. I work out at home on my own terms, I am accountable to myself but do have an awesome support group of others like me that keep me on track. I never thought that at age 52 I could ever be fit again but age is just a number. I am so excited and amazed at my own results and I love, love, love to share what I do with others. JUST FOR TODAY


My name is Jeannine Garcia I enjoy creating handcrafted one of a kind pieces with the help of my very supporting and handsome husband. Creating together has created a special bond between us. My Etsy Shop is called "Its a Jeannine's"

I have 3 grown daughters and a granddaughter that has my heart, needless to say we have an empty nest. To satisfy the nuturing maternal urge that remains instilled in me, we have aquired 2 very pretty, prissy, girly Pomerians. Journey and Miss Ellie.
